Yes. At point of off hire the equipment will be reviewed for any damages and fuel use and any additional charges will be confirmed.
Yes. You will need to provide 2 forms of identification which the branch will confirm before hire commences.
Yes. You have the right to cancel any online or telephone orders within 14 days after the day we confirm (by email or by telephone) that we accept your order; and receive a refund, including standard delivery charges.
